Friends,
Lets continue to pray and really get down and intercede for the peace and the well being of Zimbabwe. The future of a nation is hinging on your prayers right now. It is on a balance scale. Which way will it tip? It is not a question of if its tips towards ZANU or towards MDC. It is rather a question of if the future will be one of peace, unity and coming prosperity or instead one of hopelessness, disunity and possibly violence. Christ is not a respector of any given party. He is a respector of those that wish to know Him and follow His commands. This gives us the hope and prayer that every man and woman that takes the seat of authority in Zimbabwe will know, or come to know the magnitude of the glory and love of Christ!
YOUR PRAYER ARE DIVINELY POWERFUL!!!
2 Chronicles 7:14
“if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
We are so weak in our strength, but He is so strong in His! Lets continue to pray and declare that a new season of love and peace will begin to flow through Zimbabwe and permeate every level of the atmosphere at this time. Declare in faith that we will not see havoc and hurt, but rather that the Spirit of Christ will reign and bring reconciliation on the part of us all.
In Christ’s love and peace I humbly submit this to you my brothers and sisters.
Pray this with me:
“Christ, I pray for the healing of our beautiful nation in this dire hour. We cry to you O Lord, the creator of the heavens and the earth, who neither slumbers nor sleeps, but keeps watch both night and day, looking to help and bless your humble servants. We stand in the gap for Zimbabwe and declare that there will no be violence or war. We declare there will be peace and reconciliation. We stand between men and women of different racial backround and of different party lines and we hold hands with both and say “Today is the day that we turn and begin to come together.” We ask you Father for a spirit of humility upon our great leaders who have fought through many battles and need your wisdom and guidance in this hour. We speak your peace to them and say that the future is so bright if we will but come together, not as a house split 50/50, but as a people uniting 100% for the future and well being of Zimbabwe. We will arise. You will arise God. The nation that has attracted so much attention through the entire world for so many of the wrong reasons will begin to shine your glory, even whilst the attention of the world is captured. This is the hour of peace. Today is the day. We stand firm in the gap and we will not be divided or fall as a body of Christ, but we will be the catalyst for a massive revivial of the the culture, economy, politics and spiritual life of Zimbabwe. We will become a nation of prosperity again. We will feed the nations. The nations will come back to us and ask how we did it. They will ask for our hope. They will ask for our wealth. And will will solemnly declare, “The Lord did it”.
“Zimbabwe, I Am pulling you together,” says the Lord. “This is a time of peace. It is going to become a time of restoration. You are pulling in so many ways except in one and the same direction. Seek peace, extend peace to your rivals. Extend the hand of peace. Know that you are in control of so much of what will happen in days ahead. The future is unclear, but you can make it clear through acts of love in your land. There is a dividing line and you must decide on which side you will stand. It is a question of if you are with Me or against Me. You decide you future today. If you are for Me, put aside idols and pleasures that pull you away from Me. They must go. When you have done this, you will know that I Am true love and true peace that you will never know on your own.
Fast and pray. Repent. Call upon Me, and I will answer you. I will make Myself known to you and your children. You are a land of prosperity. Right now there is poverty, but you are a land of prosperity. You will see this happening again (prosperity) as was the case before, except even more. I Am uniting you along racial lines. I Am uniting you along party lines. I Am going to forge more unity and peace between your leaders. The future is very clear when this happens. But right now you must really call upon Me. You decide the future. You cast the vote in humility, prayer and fasting.”

Let us pray for God’s peace to reign in the nation from now until the elections on Sunday and also afterwards.
· Pray that the church in Zimbabwe will take their place before the throne of grace and that God will help them at His right time.
· Pray for economic and social restoration of the whole country.
· Pray for the church to move forward in unity and much wisdom and that they will understand their times and know what to do.
· In 1 Tim.2:1-4 we are taught that we must pray for governments and all in positions of authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. This is good and it pleases God our Saviour, who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth.
